Does anyone know the American equivalent of the Italian first name Guerino?

Yes, that would be Guerino

Apparently it is a form of the name "Warren"

This says it's the Italian version of Warin, which in English would be Warren.

Edit: this says the German name means "Guard" but the English name "Warren" has a French origin.

But what I sometimes do, if you're visiting a different place with a different name from another country, for example, is choose a name with the first (or some of the letters) in that country's language with my name. For example, if your name is Guerino, I would do Guss or something like that. Yes, Guss is a name, lol.
Reply:Shwartz?
