How to dress for nightlife in Milan and name of some good italian restaurants?

Im traveling to milan for a few week and Im wondering whats the dress code like for men when going out at night. Whats the names of some good discos or bars to go too?





Also I would like to know the name of some real good italian restaurants. Thanks your help is appreciated

Dress code: there is not a specific dress code. Just wear a nice outfit, not elegant, not too casual...only slippers are not allowed.
