Im looking for the name of an ITALIAN sweet, pastry?

its from a dough thats made and then rolled out really thin, then covered in melted butter and then sugar sprinkled on it and then rolled up into a sausage and then made into a pinwheel and fried at low heat in a fry pan with butter. till hard, and broken into equal sized pieces and sprinkled with icing sugar.
