We are getting an Italian Greyhound and want to name it an Italian name?

We would like a more unusual name, something not extremely common, i.e., Giovanni. By the way, the puppy is a boy. I am aware of web sites for baby names, but I prefer personal recommendations. It's how I named both of my other dogs (Apollo and Asher). Any suggestions?

The breed originated in the areas around Egypt and Turkey, the name Italian Greyhound comes from their populatiry in Italian paintings and in Italian royalty. Which isn't fair, because they were also burried with Egyptian Pharoh's and other royalty...

I would go with an Egyptian name... mine are Isis and Echo... registered is Ch. Tudor's Spirit of Isis and Tudor's Echo of Osiris though... keep that in mind when you're name hunting... they're not really italian dogs ;-)
