How do you spell this Italian name?

It is near the beginning of the video. When the Italian man is up at the front and says, "Hey, how ya doin'? Welcome to mass! Nice to see ya! I'm the reverend, Vinny _______." How do you spell the last name? I am not that good with Italian names. Richard Jeni committed suicide recently, and I wanted to pay a slight tribute to him, so I was just wondering how to spell it, so I did not get it wrong.

How do you spell this Italian name?
It's very hard to understand him, and he's probably not pronouncing it as it should be in Italian. For example, "Ricciardi" should be "Ree-chee-ar-dee", but it's usually said "Ruh-card-ee" in America.





I would have to guess that the proper Italian spelling would be "Ciperceli", but again, he says it quickly so I may not be understanding him well, and it's not a surname I recognize.
