Italian name for boy and girl, to go with italian last name..??

my husband and i cant agree about italian names for our twins, a boy and a girl. we want to use both our last names, which are Cervo Piperno. So ... He likes Emma, and i like Luciana.(lucy)... we also like luca...


anywho, just wondering if anyone had any good suggestions... still have a couple of months to fiure the name out ... thanks for any help.
