Can someone give me a name for a made-up Italian Restaurant?

It's for an assingment and I have a brain fart at the moment.

Can someone give me a name for a made-up Italian Restaurant?
L'Amatriciana :

it comes from a real dish "Pasta all'Amatriciana"

Simple as that can also refer to Amatrice the small village in the Rieti province, Lazio region, where the legend attributes the birth of the recipe.

Good Luck for your assignment.
