Any idea as to the italian name for TOFU, just curious to try.?

The literal translation of tofu is soy bean curd. I put that phrase in Bable Fish (a free on line translation tool - below), and it was translated into Italian as "farina di fave della soia".

Well, we Italians call it... "tofu", but in some restaurant menus they translate is as: "formaggio di soia" (soybean cheese).
