If you decide not to use it you can always look up italian baby names on google or purchase one of those baby name booklets.
Reply:Will it be pronounced Ahn-gelina or An-gelina? To me the first pronounciation sounds more Italian. However, in the past I would have preferred the second pronounciation but Ms. Jolie has kind of ruined it for me. Important thing is, do you like it??? That's all that matters.

Reply:Well, my husband is Italian, and we really wanted a name with Angel in it. I really didn't like the name Angelina.....so we worked and worked, and expiremented and came up with..... Angelynn Anne. As it turns out, we found out her great, great grandma's name was Angel, and we didn't even know she existed. She sent us a card from Italy after she heard about our daughter and thanked us for naming our daughter after her.

It was so neat.......

Good Luck

Reply:Angelina is a beautiful name for you new little Angel. It is classic and soft and you can do Angie or Lina or Angel for short if you choose. What ever fits her when you meet her.

Angelina Marie, Angelina Renee, Angelina Grace (someone else also said that) Angelina DeeAnn. You have lots of options on a middle name because it flows.

Reply:The moment I saw the question, I thought, "Angelina Jolie's adopting an Italian daughter?" Well, Angelina is fine, but wouldn't you rather use another name more representative of the Italian culture? *shrugs* Angelina just sounds pretty white to me. It's your kid, though.
