I need to find a name to put with my restaurant. It is a really authentic italian place with a feel, look, and nothing but italian food. Any ideas?...be serious and creative please!

This is an AMAZING white wine made is the Marches region of Italy.





I just love the name, it rolls off the tongue nicely.
